Hey Everyone!
Im sorry for the delay in a post, i was hoping to get some piccies from Dad and Fi before i posted but i figured id post a new entry and add the pictures later!
So Northstar held the 2009 Winter dew tour final, ( this is like the world cup final but for skiing and boarding!) It was unreal to see all these people we watch on tv and play theyre video games so close. Well good. Even if we had to stand in the pouring freezing rain to do so! It was something that was incredible to watch live!
Dad had his first ski lesson, It went really well and had im stopping and going down village run by the end of 2 hours, Perhaps next years new hire? By the following day he had been on a chairlift, im really chuffed he enjoyed it and so impressed with how quickly he picked it up! It was a nice home comfort having dad and fi out, especially the rough time ive been having out here since my kidneys, plus they bought me genuine vegetables! SO GOOD! ( Ill put pics up asap )
In terms of work ive been getting a fair bit at the moment, because of my time off in presisdents week they gave my priority of work and experienced my first code brown... The dreaded words of "Teacher... I just pooped my pants..." "How do you know..." ( He lifts trousers to reveal poo dripping into his ski boot ) BAD BAD times. But who hey whatever pays the bills!
Weve had a HUGE dump down of snow... And when i say a huge amount the title of this blog was not in vain... Genuine 3 foot since yesterday... INSANE, Did my first clfif drop which was insane and think i was very close to a code brown of my own! Opening the front door this morning was mental we literally had snow up to the door handle!!!! See if you can spot my house from the road! I walked past it!!!
